Taki

Taki is brewed by Narutaki Shuzo, a sake brewery located in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture on the northwestern coast of Kyushu. Saga Prefecture is known as a historically significant brewing region, and Narutaki Shuzo serves both its own label and as a production partner for other regional brands. The name Taki, meaning waterfall, points to the importance of clean water in the brewery's craft.
