Shugetsu Karibaichi Sake Brewery is located in Tamba Sasayama, Hyogo Prefecture, a region framed by Kyoto, Harima, Settsu, and Tango, and was established by a founder who traveled as a Tamba toji master brewer before settling where reliable water was found. The Shugetsu brand is known as an unpretentious, everyday sake with a mellow and approachable taste that locals have long depended on. Seasonal handcrafted batches mark each turning of the year at the brewery.
