In the east, Kyoto, West, Harima, South / Settsu, and the north are loved by local residents in land surrounded by Tango, and have been making alcohol. Hikari Ichi Sake Brewery provides sake from hand salt in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
In the first generation, when he walked across Kyushu as Tamba Mori, he built his own sake brewery in the current location in search of certain water. Our sake, Hidetsu, who has always been challenging and walked with the local people, is a "scent" and "taste" that has been forgotten, and a sake that has never been rooted in life.
At the end of the busy days, we will continue to make alcohol that is close to an important time to take a break.
