The brewery has earned top rankings at the Kanto Shinetsu Regional Tax Bureau sake appraisal competition, with a record of first-place finishes since the 1970s. Its lineup spans from pure rice junmai to fragrant daiginjo, with the brewery also known for its narazuke pickles made from high-quality sake lees.
