The brand name Kuminora is derived from the bay itself, reflecting the brewery's deep connection to its coastal setting, and its sake has long been favored as a pairing with the region's seafood. Handcrafted using low-temperature fermentation, Kuminora is known for a full-bodied richness balanced by a refreshing, clean finish.
