Ozeki Co., Ltd. was founded in 1711 in the Nada district of Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, one of Japan's most storied sake regions, accumulating over 300 years of brewing heritage. Kinkan, whose name means gold crown, is the brewery's classic everyday sake, balanced between sweetness and dryness and versatile across all serving temperatures. Ozeki is also credited with introducing the now-ubiquitous One Cup single-serving sake format to the Japanese market.
