Karatamba is the premium dry expression from Ozeki, one of Japan's oldest established breweries founded in 1711 in the Nada district of Hyogo, where it has brewed in the heart of Japan's most celebrated sake-producing region for over three centuries. Crafted by Tamba toji, one of Japan's three great master brewer guilds, using Hyogo-grown Yamadanishiki rice, Karatamba delivers an extra-dry, crisp honjozo with a sake meter value of +7, a clean finish, and mild, approachable aroma that has earned it repeated recognition at the Monde Selection.
