Sake Brand
Kimigahata
Kimigahata is brewed by Nagasawa Shuzo, founded in 1844 in Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture, at the base of the Oku-Musashi mountains along the Komagawa River. The brand name, meaning the flag of the sovereign, is described by the brewery as the sake of Oku-Musashi, drawing on clear river water and the cold winters of the inland mountain region. Over 180 years, the brewery has maintained traditional brewing methods alongside its other brands, Komaoh and Kawasemi-no-sato.
