Kannabinosato is the flagship label of Kojima Shuzoten Co., a small brewery in Shioya-cho, Tochigi, operating since the early Meiji era in a community it describes as the village of the divine grove. The brewery emphasizes full hand-production across every stage and presents its sake as a mild, aroma-forward food companion suited to contemporary drinking occasions. Kojima Shuzoten has also experimented with pairing suggestions, promoting highball-style formats with its honjozo to introduce sake to younger drinkers and women.
