Haisei Basho
Haisei Basho is produced by Hashimo Sake Brewery in Mie Prefecture, with the brand name paying homage to the haiku master Matsuo Basho, a celebrated figure of the region. The junmai ginjo expression is brewed at low temperature using Akita-style flower yeast, yielding a delicate character with elevated aroma and a light, clean finish. The junmai daiginjo is produced in limited quantities by traditional bag-pressing and individual bottle pasteurization, emphasizing elegant aroma and a mild, refined taste.
