Haisei Basho Daiginjo

🍶
Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% is brewed by a small family operation in Iga City near the birthplace of haiku poet Matsuo Basho, using Akita-style flower yeast (AK-1) for a sake that prioritizes balanced flavor over sheer aroma. Produced in limited quantities via bag pressing and bottle-pasteurization, this award-winning daiginjo has won gold at national tasting events.
