Fuji Musume takes its name from a celebrated Kabuki dance first performed in 1826, in which a young woman dances beneath wisteria blossoms, and the brand is brewed in Kochi Prefecture using water from the pristine Shimanto River system and rice cultivated along its banks. The brewery produces junmai ginjo as its signature style, rooting its identity in the clean riverine terroir of Shikoku's last free-flowing major river.
