Daikoga
Seko Shuzo is located in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, the birthplace of the Koga ninja tradition, and the Daikoga brand name reflects this deep local identity rooted in the region south of Lake Biwa. The brewery commits exclusively to junmai-grade sake without addition of distilled alcohol and sources its rice from locally farmed fields in the Koka area, drawing water from an underground stream originating in the Suzuka Mountains. Seko Shuzo has received the Platinum Award at the French Kura Master competition, and its Daikoga Hiyaoroshi is among the seasonal expressions in its lineup.
