Edomae Sushi Excellence at Sushi Rizaki Nishiazabu
A refined Edomae sushi destination in Nishiazabu offering carefully crafted omakase courses with premium seasonal seafood. The intimate counter and private room setting make it ideal for dates and business dinners.

The Experience
First Impressions & Vibe
Tucked away in the sophisticated streets of Nishiazabu, Sushi Rizaki has quickly become one of Tokyo’s rising names in Edomae sushi. Known for its difficult reservations and strong reputation among food lovers, this fourth location continues the brand’s philosophy of making traditional Edomae sushi more approachable.
The interior is understated and intimate, with just 15 seats including a private room, creating an atmosphere perfect for quiet dinners, dates, or business occasions.

The Course
This time, I experienced the Omakase Course (¥20,000〜 tax included).
Built around the freshest seafood available that day, each piece is carefully prepared using traditional Edomae techniques such as curing, marinating, and aging. Rather than overwhelming with luxury ingredients, the course focuses on balance, precision, and seasonality.
The progression feels smooth and intentional, allowing each bite to build naturally into the next.

Highlights
The strength of Rizaki lies in its consistency and craftsmanship. Every ingredient is sourced with a sharp eye, and every piece reflects deep respect for Edomae tradition.
The private room option also adds flexibility, making it suitable not only for sushi enthusiasts but also for intimate celebrations or formal gatherings.
