Yonrokushiki (estilo 46) refere-se ao uso de koji branco, que produz aproximadamente o dobro do ácido cítrico do koji amarelo convencional, conferindo a este namagenshu de envase direto do funatoko um nível de acidez cerca de duas vezes superior à média nacional. O sake resultante equilibra doçura transparente com um toque cítrico vívido e limpo, além de leve carbonatação natural do tanque.
