A combinação do caráter floral e frutado da levedura com o envelhecimento nos barris de cedro Yoshino cria um perfil complexo e distinto. Este junmai taruzake faz a ponte entre os aromas botânicos das flores de primavera e a fragrância quente e especiada da madeira de cedro.
