Elaborado com métodos tradicionais de tacho a vapor e a água subterrânea suave dos contrafortes das Montanhas Ou, recebeu prêmios de ouro no SAKE COMPETITION 2019 e prêmios consecutivos na competição regional Nanbu Toji, com aroma ginjo elegante e repleto de frutas e um paladar refinado e limpo.
