A Tsuruno Sake Brewery esta localizada na costa leste de Noto-cho, prefeitura de Ishikawa, na area de Ugawa, que enfrenta as ondas suaves da Baia de Toyama. Fundada por volta do periodo Kansei-Kyowa (1789-1804), produz o sake 'Yasen', nascido da rica natureza e do clima simples da regiao.
