Description
Taishonotsuru Hizoshu Binteji é produzido com arroz Akebono cultivado em Okayama, polido a 70%, como base desta reserva envelhecida (hizoshu), engarrafada a 20% de álcool após longa maturação em adega. A safra de 1996 exibe cor âmbar suave com aromas envelhecidos em camadas e um final preciso. A cervejaria, fundada em 1893, utiliza água mineral filtrada por calcário cárstico e tem centrado seu artesanato no arroz da variedade Asahi desde os anos 1990.
