O arroz Ginpuu de Hokkaido, polido a 40%, é fermentado lentamente em baixas temperaturas neste daiginjo da Senkoma (Senkoma Shuzo), na região de Shirakawa, em Fukushima, usando água captada da pristina cordilheira Nasu. Com aroma fragante e elegante, o engarrafamento utiliza o método hiire-in-bottle para preservar a frescura, resultando em um sake transparente e refinado com um final longo e gracioso.
