Junmai yamahai elaborado com Yamada Nishiki cultivado em Nanto, polido a 60%, na Sanshoraku Shuzo em Gokayama, Toyama. O método yamahai desenvolve uma acidez lática bem definida aliada a profundo umami de arroz; notas de banana e lichia no aroma dão lugar a um paladar doce e pleno, com acabamento limpo e estruturado. Medalha de ouro no IWC 2019.
