Sake de fermentação em seis etapas feito com Gohyakumangoku (polimento de 60%) cultivado sob contrato em Echizen-Ohno, combinado com a famosa água da mesma região. O sabor e o aroma foram desenvolvidos lentamente em fermentação a baixa temperatura. Versão namashu, engarrafada fresca sem pasteurização.
