Durante o periodo Edo Tempo, os rouxinois do jardim da familia Yamaguchi voavam diariamente do Santuario Tenmangu, alegremente umedecendo a garganta com agua de nascente e purificando o corpo. O sexto sucessor, Risuke, decidiu iniciar a producao de sake com essa agua de nascente em 1832, criando um sake digno de Tenjin. Esse espirito fundador e a origem do nome 'Garden Uguisu'. A cervejaria produz sake com agua subterranea do Rio Chikugo e arroz da prefeitura de Fukuoka, buscando a mais alta qualidade. O objetivo e um sake que harmonize perfeitamente com os ingredientes e pratos de Kyushu, um sake que faca voce querer mais uma taca.
