Kamotsuru Shitoujishikizake Junmaishu Shiboritate é um junmai recém-prensado (shiboritate) da Kamotsuru Shuzo Co., Ltd em Hiroshima, parte de uma série das quatro estações (shiki) que celebra o ritmo cíclico do ano de produção. Lançado diretamente após a prensagem, sem envelhecimento ou pasteurização, capta o caráter bruto e imediato do sake recém-elaborado, com a água suave de Hiroshima conferindo a textura lisa e arredondada pela qual a destilaria é conhecida.
