Este sake utiliza Gohyakumangoku da Prefeitura de Toyama e se caracteriza pelo aroma calmo e luxuoso, além de uma entrada suave e precisa. Aprecie com calma a cultura e a história do sake chamado hiyaoroshi, servido frio ou quente. O hiyaoroshi é elaborado no frio do inverno, espremido como sake novo e pasteurizado uma vez. Durante o verão, o sabor amadurece lentamente no armazém fresco. Quando a brisa do outono começa a soprar, o sake é engarrafado diretamente, sem a segunda pasteurização habitual.
