Description

Produzido na Uehara Shuzo, em Shiga, cervejaria fundada em 1862 que utiliza fermento selvagem cultivado internamente e o raro método de prensa kioke tenbin de barrica de madeira, este daiginjo representa o nível de polimento mais refinado da cervejaria. O sake é caracterizado por textura sedosa e umami profundo e limpo, resultante de três dias de prensagem lenta e delicada.
