O arroz Gohyakumangoku polido a 70% é a base deste futsu-shu da Okamura Shuzojo, em Hyogo. Fundada em 1889 em Sanda, esta pequena kura utiliza água dos lençóis freáticos do Rio Habuki e arroz Sanda cultivado localmente, produzindo um sake de caráter suave e limpo, com leve dulçor, que conquistou uma fiel base de apreciadores na região.
