Um sake local que utiliza 100% do arroz desenvolvido no Centro de Experimentação Agrícola da prefeitura de Shizuoka ao longo de mais de 8 anos. O fermento utilizado é o "Shizuoka Yeast (HD-1)", produzido anteriormente no laboratório de Shizuoka em Numazu. O sabor não apresenta notas amargas e tem corpo, mas é finalizado com a nitidez característica da marca Manyo. A atenção especial recai sobre o ambiente de fermentação.
