Yamada Nishiki polido a 55% é a base deste junmai ginjo da Asahizuru em Sakura, Chiba, prensado pelo método tradicional fune para um sake limpo e rico em umami, sem amargor. O aroma ginjo está presente, mas contido, dando lugar ao sabor pleno do arroz e uma acidez leve e equilibrada. Acidez de 1,4 e nihonshu-do ligeiramente negativo contribuem para o caráter suave e acessível.
