Description
O Aramusha Ginkaku honjozo da Kinshimasamune em Fushimi, Kyoto, é elaborado pelo método de liquefação exclusivo da cervejaria, introduzido em 1995, que converte o arroz em uma papa antes da fermentação. A famosa água da nascente Tokiwai de Fushimi, que flui a 70 toneladas por hora pelo terreno da cervejaria, é elemento central deste honjozo no estilo de Kyoto.
