🍶
Description
Yukun Namachozoshu undergoes a single pasteurization before cold storage and is shipped without further heat treatment, preserving a fresher, more vibrant profile than fully heat-treated sake. Produced by the long-established Kurume, Fukuoka brewery using Mino mountain spring water. The namachozoshu process results in a lively character that bridges raw and aged styles.
