Sake that can only be built in the prefecture by sake rice (dream incense) and yeast (Utsukushima Yume yeast) developed in Fukushima Prefecture. Until recently, it was limited to the prefecture only in the prefecture. It features "fruity scent, gorgeous and sour soft and mild taste".
