Karahashi Junmai Ginjo Yumeno Kaori - Junmai Ginjo sake from Homare Sake Brewery Co.,Ltd, Fukushima
Description

Using 100% Yumenoka rice grown in Aizu and carefully brewed with the famous Kitakata spring water drawn from 100 meters underground, this sake has a gentle mouthfeel. It's soft and mild yet develops a robust umami flavor on the palate. While classified as moderately dry, it also has a delicate hint of refreshing sweetness. It pairs wonderfully with lightly salted dishes, such as shrimp tempura with rock salt, or with subtly seasoned cuisine
