Rice sourced from Mie Prefecture, polished to 65%, is fermented in the honjozo style at a brewery established in 1867 in Yokkaichi. This nigori-style release presents a slightly dry character with clean acidity and a smooth texture, with the suspended rice particles providing a soft, rounded mouthfeel.

Mie
Founded in 1867 (Keio 3). The sake brewery is located in Kawashima -cho, Yokkaichi, Yokkaichi, at the foot of the Suzuyama system in Mie Prefecture. The climate is blessed, and the watering water is still sprouting. "Mie no Sanme" uses 100%of the rice -friendly rice, Yamada Nishiki, and is particular about local production for local consumption. We continue to challenge not only those who like alcohol, but also those who have never drunk sake so that they can know how to enjoy sake. We will work on new local sake development based on providing products that will satisfy our customers.
