We use "Yamada Nishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture, a sake rice, and use "Miyama Nishiki" from Nagano Prefecture to 50%, respectively. There is a slightly fruity scent and a refreshing throat, so it goes well with meals. It is an impression of "slightly dry", but it has a fruity scent and a soft taste, so it is also recommended for women.
Fruity and clean — the perfect entry point into premium sake.
