Description

An infiltration raw sake of Junmai Ginjo, a mountain abandoned Junmai Ginjo, which is made in a wooden tub, with a rice -saving rice from Shiga Prefecture to 55 %. It features a gentle flavor and a gently spread sourness inside. The sourness that spreads sideways in the mouth is unique to Tamai, and its sourness is cut off neatly.
