Description
Hattan Nishiki — Hiroshima's representative sake rice, known for balanced flavor, low off-notes, and characteristic clean herbaceous aroma — is the foundation of this tokusen ginjo from Uesugishuzo. The brewery took Gold at the National New Sake Awards in 2000, 2001, and 2002. Brewed in the Hiroshima soft-water tradition, which encourages gentle, rounded fermentation.
