Description
Rikuu 132 is one of Japan's earliest crossbred sake rice varieties, developed in 1913 at the Tohoku agricultural research station and later revived as a brewing ingredient. This junmai from the Iwate brewery draws on that heritage grain, offering a historically grounded expression of Tohoku rice culture.
