Usuraume from Kirashuzo in Bungo-Ono, Oita, is a junmai made with rice polished to 65% from a fifth-generation brewery founded in 1872. Named after a delicate variety of Japanese plum, it reflects the brewery's careful, handcrafted approach to small-batch junmai production in the Oita region.

A bottle company jointly founded by local sake brewery (Kira Sake Brewery, Mure Tsuru Sake Brewery) in 1971. Currently manufacturing and selling sake and shochu Otsu. The sake inscription "Tansei" is named for the will to make it with a sincerity.
