Description
A traditionally made shirozake, a white, milky sweet sake prepared from glutinous rice, rice koji, and homemade mirin ground on a stone mill. Toshimaya has produced this style since the Edo period, when the brand was celebrated throughout the city, and the alcohol content rests at 7%.
