Tokuwaka Junmaigenshu - Junmai sake from Mandai Ohsawa Jousou, Hyogo
Description

Tokuwaka Junmai Genshu is the pure-rice, full-strength expression of the Bandai Osawa Brewing label from Nishinomiya's Nada district in Hyogo. True to the house philosophy, it is released undiluted and minimally filtered, giving it a richer, more concentrated body than typical junmai. The Nada region's hard mineral water contributes a firm structure and a dry, assertive finish, while the absence of added alcohol allows the full spectrum of rice flavor and natural fermentation complexity to come forward.
