Tokusenkunizakari Saika Daiginjo Namatyozoshu is a nama-chozo daiginjo polished to 50% from Nakano Sake Brewery in Aichi Prefecture. Cold storage without initial pasteurization keeps the ginjo character vivid until the final heat treatment at bottling.
