In order to bring out the high quality and ginjo scent than the conventional Junmai Ginjo Sake, the raw sake prepared in the winter was reduced as much as possible under the freezing of 5 degrees, and the bin was packed after heating. It was carefully aged in a large refrigerator of 5 degrees to ship.
