Aomori
The Omi merchant's first generation, Heijibei, is founded in Shichinohe from Nobei Port. It is currently the 11th generation. It is said that the brewing industry started in 1777 (1777). Shichinohe has long been known as a horse -producing area. The Koma in the ground is also written in the waka of Heian, and in the Genpei era, a famous horse named Ikezuki, which was known for being the first to be the first to fight the Ujigawa River. Due to the delicious snow -melting water "Takasegawa underwater water" of the Higashi -Hakkoda mountain system, the sake inscription was "Komasen". (Aomori Sake Brewery Association HP)
