This is a dry liquor that has demonstrated the true territory of "Jujupuri". It is a super dry type with a sake degree of +12 degrees (the higher the number!), But it is a pure rice sake with a umami and a slight sweetness. It is a sake that can be enjoyed as you like from crisp and cold sake to hot sake.
