In 1982, four breweries of chicken shop brewing, dawn sake brewing, Unzen Sake Brewery, and Konbatake Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture were born by merging and transferring business rights. They are carefully brewed with Kumamoto yeast and local ingredients, and aim for a delicious food that will never get tired forever, according to the rich Sansai.
