Description
Produced in Nagasaki's Ariae area using subterranean water from the Unzen mountain range and locally grown rice fermented with Nagasaki Prefecture yeast. This long-established brewery maintains the philosophy that good sake begins with good water and good rice, drawing on the region's volcanic spring water to shape its character.
