Limited quantity seasonal product. A series of Tenmei, which is from Zero to Gouji. The entry is finished in a sense of umami and sour taste, with a “umbrella” that makes use of the characteristics of the turtle tail, and a gently covered “acid”, dry and light liquor quality.
