Once every four years, Tenmei Challenge, which uses only ethyl yeast and Yamada Nishiki, with a gorgeous fragrance that is not usually used in Tenmei, and challenges the game with gorgeousness and sweetness. Limited quantity as an opportunity to experience the improvement of sake quality for 4 years.
