Gohyakumangoku and other rice polished to 60% define this Etoraberu Ne tokubetsu junmai from Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery in Shizuoka. Brewed with Mt. Fuji's soft spring water, the sake reflects the gentle, slightly sweet character that the Fuji terroir imparts.
